Griff and his team did a great job of putting up our fence. They measured several times, explained the makeup of
different fences and encouraged us to shop around. Even though it was more work for them, they made sure to put the
rails close enough to the ground so our pets couldn't get out. The work was done from start to finish in just 3 days.

Excellent service! Came out within half an hour of calling and replaced a broken Tension Spring, which was preventing
the garage door opening.
This is not a job for the average DIY person. Check out the Internet and read how people have been maimed and sometimes
fatally injured trying to do this without the correct tools and know-how.
Some companies that were contacted made a big deal about this, in an effort to justify their high prices, but not Fred.
He was very obliging and did the job for a total of $85 + tax.

This company was supposed to be our "back up estimate" for some water damage, but quickly became our first choice due to
their professionalism, punctuality, reliability, workmanship, etc., etc. They removed a portion of our kitchen cabinetry,
wall, and sink area due to an undetected water leak. This crew treated the mold(they take classes to learn how to properly
treat and remove), dealt with the insurance adjuster, removed all debris including the old sink and dishwasher, and replaced
everything like it was never damaged in the first place. What other companies told us would take 6 weeks to complete
once they could fit us into their 'busy holiday season' Gladiator's team had done in about 3 weeks(and that was because
it took Lowe's 9 days to get my dishwasher in stock. We liked them so much, we're probably going to have them build
an addition on our home.

The beauty of their service is that this type of pest control is safe for people and most pets. Also, messy chemicals
do not get sprayed anywhere. Jeff came out 2 days after my initial call to treat for those tiny, annoying ants. Their
service, however, covers all 6 legged indoor creatures. The treatment goes into the wall and in some corners.
If you have a resurgence anytime within a year, Jeff will come and treat again at no charge. Work was completed quite
timely and at the agreed upon estimate given over the telephone.

Mr. Elzey did stump removal for a homeowner as well as tree and stump removal for our Fomeowners Assoc. He has extremely
fair prices and does the work quite soon once you agree to his offer. Mr. Elzey also cleans up the work area and removes
all left over debris. Besides being extremely personable, he is fully licensed and insured.
