Q: What is the function of the Board of Directors?
A: The Board of Directors makes decisions regarding the operations of the Homeowners Association.
 
Q: Which homeowners are members of the Board of Directors?
A: Click on the Board of Directors link on the left or click here to see a list of directors and the terms of their service.
 
Q: Are Homeowers allowed to go to the Board of Directors meetings?
A: Yes, Board of Directors are open to all homeowners.  A sign is posted at each entrance with the date, time and location of each meeting.  Or check the web site Home page for meeting dates and times.
 
Architectural Committee
 
Q: Is it necesary to submit an application for every external change to my home?
A: Yes, an application must be submitted to the Architectural Committee and approved prior to starting any external modication to your home.  This process will insure that all home values are protected.
 
Q: What is the function of the Architectural Committee?
A: The Architectural Committee reviews all applications for external changes to a home and surrounding land to insure that each modification does not have a negative impact on home values.
