Architectural Committee   Q: Is it necesary to submit an application for every external change to my home? A: Yes, an application must be submitted to the Architectural Committee and approved prior to starting any external modication to your home.  This process will insure that all home values are protected.   Q: What is the function of the Architectural Committee?
